Flight Coordinator

Title : Flight Coordinator

Key Responsibilities :

• Obtaining and recording fuel prices for all operating stations including fuel secure and order with vendors.
• Informing crew about schedule/delays on flights and send crew setup/crew call-out procedure as per policy.
• Updating various systems with relevant operations/flight information.
• Obtaining overflying/landing permits for all flights and revise it in case of delays.
• Liase with ground handlers for flight schedules and actual movement of flights for fight handling arrangements.
• Arrange catering setup as per policy with caterers.
• Assisting the dispatcher in discharge of duties.
• To ensure functioning of safety, quality, security and compliance within the area of responsibility.
• Any of the duties assigned by the superior.
• Contribute to development and implementation of safety and security activities, programs, procedures;
• Familiarize with the safety, security and compliance publications in Centrik, LEON, emails or other suitable sources;

Asst. Flight Dispatcher

Title : Asst. Flight Dispatcher

Key Responsibilities :

• The Flight Dispatchers should be in possession of Flight Dispatcher approval.
• Ensure slots/overflying/landing permits are available from approved regulatory authorities for all flights.
• Obtain debrief from pilots and take appropriate action.
• Shall carry out follow ups at periodic intervals on the progress of the flight.
• To ensure compliance of laws, regulations, policies and procedures published in the Operations/OCC Manuals.
• Joint responsibility with the captain for the safety and operational control of flights under his/her guidance.
• Authorizes, regulates, and controls commercial airline flights according to government and company regulations to expedite and ensure safety of flight.
• Responsible for economics, passenger service, and operational control of day-to-day flight operations.
• Analyzes and evaluates meteorological information to determine potential hazards to safety of flight and to select the most desirable and economic route of flight.
• Computes the amount of fuel required for the safe completion of flight according to type of aircraft, distance of flight, maintenance limitations, weather conditions, and minimum fuel requirements, prescribed by federal aviation regulations.
• Prepares flight plans containing information such as maximum allowable takeoff and landing weights, weather reports, field conditions, NOTAMS, and many other informational components required for the safe completion of flight.
• Prepares and signs the dispatch release which is the legal document providing authorization for a flight to depart.
• Delays or cancels flights if unsafe conditions threaten the safety of his/her aircraft or passengers.
• Monitors weather conditions, aircraft position reports, and aeronautical navigation charts to evaluate the progress of flight.
• Updates the pilot in command of significant changes to weather or flight plan and recommends flight plan alternates, such as changing course, altitude and, if required, enroute landings in the interest of safety and economy.
• Originates and disseminates flight information to others in his/her company including stations and reservations. This is the source of information provided to the traveling public.
• Undergone extensive training to have earned the coveted Aircraft Dispatcher’s certificate having taken and passed both an extensive oral examination and the comprehensive Dispatch ADX test, administered by the Federal Aviation Administration. These tests are equivalent to the same Air Transport Pilot (ATP) written and oral examinations that an airline captain must successfully complete.
• Participates in frequent and detailed recurrent training courses covering aircraft systems, company operations policy, meteorology and Federal Air Regulations as required by the FAA.

EASA Licensed B1& B2 Aircraft Engineers (European Nationals)

✈️ We’re Hiring: B1 & B2 EASA Licensed Aircraft Engineers ✈️

We are looking for experienced B1 & B2 EASA Licensed Aircraft Engineers with a current aircraft type rating on the B747 (GE CF6 engines) on a Part-66 aircraft maintenance license to join our EASA Part 145 maintenance organization.

If you hold previous company approval/authorization, you’ll have an advantage.

📍 Location: Bucharest, Romania
🛠 Role: Line Maintenance (up to and including A checks), ensuring the aircraft is fit to fly for daily cargo operations. This includes both scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, daily/weekly checks, turnarounds, and flying spanner duties.

Key Details:
– Duty Roster: 15 days ON, 15 days OFF
– Contract: 12 months, with the option to extend
– Accommodation: Local hotel apartment provided
– Travel: Monthly positioning flights included

Base Location: Current base is in Dubai, U.A.E. but the role is primarily based in Bucharest, Romania, subject to flight schedules.

Repair Management Officer

Job Title: Repair Management Officer

Core Job Responsibilities:

• Timely prepare of US parts list at each station and review with Director of Maintenance for repair action
• Sourcing and finalizing new vendors
• Issuing RO to right shop, get parts shipped to shop and expedite repairs of parts within TAT. Ensure timely collection & delivery of repaired parts at station. Secure POD as delivery proof. Coordinate with logistics for shipment delivery effectively & timely manner.
• 100% compliance to internal control & organization policies

Aircraft Power Plant Engineer

Job Title:  Aircraft Power Plant Engineer

Core Job Responsibilities:

– Manage aircraft engine fleet in all aspects and associated activities.
– Review Service Bulletins and Airworthiness Directives for Engines, APUs, and Nacelles.
– Oversee implementation programs for modifications to Engines, APUs, Nacelles, and accessory parts.
– Provide technical support to Line and Heavy Maintenance.
– Support Reliability studies.
– Control and oversee Engine Health Monitoring (EHM).
– Liaise with OEMs to resolve reliability and technical issues.
– Generate operator documents (MEL Technical Notices, Procedure Notices, Engineering orders, reports, etc.).
– Provide technical support for aircraft lease reception and returns.
– Scope work and review invoices for Engine shop visits.
– Manage Engine Shop visit schedules, costs, and MRO relationships.
– Represent the Powerplant department in meetings to support the company’s strategic decision-making.

– At least 8 years of experience in an Airline/Powerplant Engineering department.

  • Responsible for the standard of work carried out by yourself and those under your control
  • Installation of spare parts, expendables and components, which shall always be accompanied by appropriate documentation to suit the eligibility requirements for the aircraft/component including the modification status and AD compliance status.
  • Ensuring the completeness of all maintenance documents in the area of responsibility
  • Ensuring the equipment, tools and premises in your charge are maintained to satisfactory standard and that discrepancies are reported to the appropriate departments, both within and external to the company
